El reglamento de régimen interior especifica, como mínimo, las condiciones de admisión, las normas de convivencia y
funcionamiento, así como todo aquello que permita y favorezca el normal desenvolvimiento del disfrute de las instalaciones, equipamientos y servicios. ENTRADAS/SALIDAS CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
La Moderna, es una casa rural DE CUATRO ESTRELLAS de alojamiento completo. The Modern, is a FOUR STAR house of full accommodation. Las estancias en la Casa Rural se computarán por días, conforme al número de pernoctaciones. Stays in Bed is computed for days, according to the number of overnight stays.

HORA DE ENTRADA (check in) >  NO ANTES DE LAS 16 horas (no before)

HORA DE SALIDA (check out) > ANTES DE LAS 13 horas * (before)

*Puede solicitar la ampliación, se concederá sin cargo alguno, siempre y cuando no coincida con la entrada de otra reserva.

RESERVAS BOOKING
Se podrán hacer las reservas telefónicamente, por e‐mail, página web o través de los portales destinados a tal efecto. Para conservar dicha reserva el cliente deberá de ingresar un depósito, como anticipo, en la cuenta que se le indique, indicando su nombre y la fecha de entrada, perdiendo la reserva automáticamente si no lo realiza y no aparece ingresado en la cuenta bancaria de la Casa Rural.You may make reservations by phone, e-mail or through the portals for this purpose. Los Sres. Clientes están obligados a presentar documento de identificación en el momento de su admisión en la casa rural.It is
compulsory for all the guests to present their identity card at the moment of being admitted in the establishment. A todo usuario de la casa, antes de su admisión, le será entregado un documento de admisión que debe ser firmado obligatoriamente por
el cliente, y en el que consta el nombre, categoría y número de inscripción del establecimiento, número o identificación de la unidad de alojamiento, número de personas que la van a ocupar, fechas de entrada y salida, y el precio del alojamiento si el cliente ha contratado directamente con la casa. El documento de admisión, una vez firmado, será conservado por el establecimiento. Before the admission, guests have to sign a registration card. In this paper, it is stated the name of the establishment, its category, and its registration number. It is also stated the number or identification of the accommodation unit, number of people who are going to occupy it, services contracted (breakfast, half-board or full-board), arrival and departure dates and the daily rate. The registration card will be kept by the establishment. Por razones de seguridad y protección, no están permitidas las visitas a las instalaciones o la utilización de estas por personas no inscritas en la Casa Rural. El incumplimiento de esta norma, dará derecho al propietario a tomar las medidas que estime oportunas, incluso el desalojo. For reasons of safety and security, are not allowed to visit the facilities or the use of these over unregistered persons in the house. Failure to comply with this rule shall entitle the owner to take any action it deems appropriate, including eviction. Se impedirá el acceso y/o permanencia de personas en el establecimiento en los siguientes supuestos: Persons will not be permitted to enter or remain inside the establishment under the following circumstances:

• Cuando la persona manifieste actitudes violentas, en especial, cuando se comporte de forma agresiva o provoque altercados, origine situaciones de peligro o molestias. The person acts violently, particularly when he/she behaves aggressively or
  provokes arguments, causes dangerous situations, or inconveniences.
• Cuando la persona porte armas y objetos susceptibles de ser utilizados como tales, salvo que, de conformidad con lo
  dispuesto en cada momento por la normativa específica aplicable, se trate de miembros de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad o escoltas privados integrados en empresas privadas, y accedan al establecimiento en el ejercicio de sus funciones. The person carries a weapon or other objects that may be used as such, unless he/she is, in accordance with that established by the specific applicable regulation in force, a member of the police and security force or private bodyguard belonging to private companies, and has accessed the establishment as part of his/her duties.
• Cuando la persona esté consumiendo drogas, sustancias estupefacientes o psicotrópicas, o muestren síntomas de haberlas consumido, y los que muestren signos o comportamientos evidentes de estar embriagados.
• Igualmente será causa de expulsión cuando ocasionen desperfectos malintencionados en las instalaciones, escándalo, bullicios, especialmente ante quejas de vecinos a los que perturbe su tranquilidad e intimidad. En tales casos la casa podrá recurrir al auxilio de los agentes de la autoridad policial competente. When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or shows symptoms of having done so, as well as persons who show clear signs of being drunk or drunken behaviour. VARIOS/ VARIOUS
No se admiten animales de compañía o mascotas en el recinto de la Casa Rural excepto perros guía. Pets are not allowed on the
grounds of the Bed exception of guide dogs. Está terminantemente prohibido fumar en el interior de la Casa Rural. Si se podrá fumar en el patio utilizando ceniceros. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Bed. You can smoke on the patio using ashtrays.

RESPONSABILIDAD/ RESPONSIBILITY
La casa, junto con su mobiliario y enseres, se entrega en perfectas condiciones para el disfrute del cliente, y el cliente se obliga a devolverla de igual manera que la recibe. The house, along with their household is delivered in perfect condition for the enjoyment of the client, and the client agrees to return the same way as the recipient. El cliente recibirá un inventario (adjunto) de las existencias de cocina, mobiliario y complementos existentes. Dicho inventario se le presentará a su llegada y se verificará en su presencia, entendiéndose su conformidad si en el momento de la firma del mismo no formulase objeción. This inventory will be presented on arrival and will be checked in his presence, assuming an agreement if at the time of signing it formulate no objection.

Deberá notificar al propietario de forma inmediata, cualquier anomalía que detecte y considere que no se ajusta a las condiciones pactadas. De no ser así, se le imputarán los gastos de reparación y reposición de las pérdidas y deterioros ocurridos en la casa durante su estancia. El propietario no se responsabiliza de la pérdida u olvido de objetos, no obstante si lo encuentran en el establecimiento al limpiarla, no tendrá inconveniente de enviarlo a la dirección facilitada mediante envío a contra-reembolso.The owner is not responsible for the loss or forgetting of objects, however if they find it in the establishment when cleaning it, it will not be inconvenient to send it to the address provided by sending a counter-refund. Nuestro objetivo principal es que el cliente tenga una buena experiencia en su paso por la casa, si encuentran alguna deficiencia agradeceríamos lo comunicasen lo antes posible. Our main objective is that the client has a good experience in their passage through the house, if they find any deficiency we would appreciate it if they could communicate it as soon as possible. CALEFACCION/HEATING
El sistema de calefacción consiste en una caldera de GASOIL que mantendrá caliente toda la casa mediante radiadores. Su
funcionamiento es automático mediante termostato manteniendo una temperatura no superior a los 21º. Si lo desea puede subirse la temperatura tantos grados como estime oportuno, con el incremento de coste del servicio, 30 € diarios por cada grado de incremento.The heating system consists of a GASOIL boiler that will keep the whole house warm with radiators. Its operation is automatic by thermostat maintaining a temperature no higher than 21º. If you wish you can raise the temperature as many degrees as you deem appropriate, with the increase in service cost, 30 € per day for each degree of increase. Debe mantener las ventanas cerradas para evitar la pérdida de calor durante la temporada de invierno. You must keep the windows closed to avoid heat loss during the winter season. NORMAS UTILIZACION ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS/ NORMS FOR THE USE DOMESTIC APPLIANCES

APARCAMIENTO
Aparquen sus vehículos en la acera delante de la casa, teniendo en cuenta que deben dejar paso a el camión de recogida de residuos. No estacione sus vehículos delante de las casas de los vecinos. Pueden dejarlo también estacionado en la calle perpendicular llamada Calle Arenal sin obstaculizar ninguna puerta.Park your vehicles on the sidewalk in front of the house, keeping in mind that you must make way for the waste collection truck.
